1. Overview
At Kalaagrah, we take pride in delivering high-quality traditional kurtis (bangles). If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Items must be returned in original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized kurtis are non-returnable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Final sale or discounted items (if marked as non-returnable)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Returns requested after the 7-day return window
4. Return Request Process
- To initiate a return, email us at hello@kalaagrah.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping
- Return shipping labels will be provided once the return is approved.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for safely packing the product for return.
6. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Any shipping or handling charges are deducted from the refund amount.
7. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for size or design issues, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear images/videos for verification.
- Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
