Create an account with accurate information. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

3. Products and Orders

Product Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in kurti images, sizes, and details. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screens.
Pricing: Prices are in INR and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. We may update prices without notice.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email. Check details before checkout—we're not liable for errors after confirmation.
Availability: Products are subject to stock. Out-of-stock items will be refunded promptly.

4. Payments and Taxes

We accept payments via Razorpay, UPI, cards, and wallets. All transactions are secure with SSL encryption.
You're responsible for applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
Refunds follow our policy (see Section 7).

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary (3-7 days within India). Delays due to carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.
Track your order via the provided link. We insure shipments against loss/damage.
International shipping available—contact us for rates.

6. User Conduct

Do not misuse our site: no hacking, spam, or illegal activities.
Respect intellectual property—our kurti designs, logos, and content are protected.
Reviews must be genuine; fake ones may be removed.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible Returns: Unworn kurtis with tags, within 7 days of delivery. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Process: Email hello@kalaagrah.com with order details and photos. We'll issue a return label.
Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method (minus shipping fees).
No refunds for buyer's remorse, size mismatches (check our guides), or final sale items.

8. Limitations of Liability

Kalaagrah provides services "as is." We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or issues from third-party links/services.
Total liability won't exceed your order value.
Products comply with Indian standards; allergic reactions are your responsibility (patch test recommended).

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in Jaipur courts, Rajasthan.
